Beginning May 7th, 2020 at 9:00am, applications for homes at Tungsten Village will be accessed online. This initial application requests only basic information. Please have the following information available:*

• Current contact information – complete address, phone and email (if you have one)
• Identifying information for all household members – name, birthdate, sex/gender, Social Security Number (if known and available)
• Gross monthly household income and source –include sources such as employment and wage income (before taxes are deducted), self-employment/business income, pensions, Unemployment Benefits, Social Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), Veteran’s Administration (VA) pay, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) income, child support and/or maintenance, and interest/dividends from assets

*You are not required to provide documentation at the time you complete your online application, as employment and assets will be verified if/when you are contacted to be further screened for a home. Please have the information listed above when you complete your application to make sure you are able to answer the questions to the best of your ability.

At the time a household is offered a home, more specific information about income and assets (including statements and/or completed verification forms) will be required to complete the eligibility process.
