Accessing Child Support

Child Support Services works with parents and guardians to facilitate financial support for children and address barriers that parents may face in supporting themselves and their families.

What does the County CSS Program do?

• Establish paternity
• Establish support orders
• Send requests to other states to establish orders
• Enforce already existing orders
• Modify already existing orders
• Offer mediation for parenting time agreements
• Provide resources for parents who are struggling to pay child support
• Establish and/or Enforce and/or Modify orders for other states at their request
